Our staff performs daily room cleaning. Towels are changed if placed on the floor. Bed linen is changed twice a week.

Items left in the room are strictly inventoried by the Housekeeping department and kept for 3 months.

During daily cleaning, towels left on the floor will be changed by the housekeeping staff. Individual requests can be made for an additional fee; please inform the reception. We ask our guests to consider environmental aspects as well.

Fire alarm devices and fire extinguishers are located on every floor and in the apartments. Smoke detectors are installed in all rooms. In case of fire, a siren will sound; please leave your room according to the escape route found on the inside of the room door.

• Activities that could cause fire or explosion are not allowed in the rooms.
• The operation of coffee makers, heaters, hotplates, irons, etc., brought into the hotel is strictly prohibited.
• Smoking in the room is prohibited!
• Storing or working with flammable liquids in the room is prohibited!
• The use of defective electrical equipment (lamps, switches, TV, etc.) is dangerous; please report it to the housekeeping staff or reception.
• In case of fire, the fire alarm device located near the escape routes should be broken, which automatically transmits the fire alarm to the reception.
• Please call the reception to report the location of the fire.
• In case of fire, do not use the elevators! Please leave the building through the staircases according to the escape routes displayed on the room doors.
