Arrival:
Apartments can be occupied from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival. Early check-in is available only for apartments confirmed in advance.
Departure:
Apartments must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
Children’s Discount:
Accommodation for children under 6 years old is free of charge when staying in the same room with their parents. We provide a baby cot free of charge.
Payment Options:
Payment is possible by bank and credit cards: we accept Eurocard MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, Amex, Maestro.
Prices:
Please note that the apartment only includes the services listed in the booking confirmation. Our prices include VAT. If the room rate does not include the tourist tax, it must be paid separately on-site, which is 550 HUF per person per night. We reserve the right to change prices.
Cancellations:
Reservations can be modified or canceled until 2:00 PM the day before arrival. After this time, reservations without a credit card guarantee will be automatically canceled from our system. For reservations with a credit card guarantee, rooms will be held until midnight, after which one full night’s charge will be applied as a business loss fee. For reservations made through intermediaries, the modification and cancellation deadlines specified by the intermediary apply.
Pets:
Pets weighing up to a total of 20 kg are allowed in the hotel room only under the guest’s supervision and for a fee. Common areas can be used to reach the rooms, but other areas (restaurant, pool, etc.) cannot be visited with pets. The guest is fully responsible for any damage caused by the pet.
Parking:
Parking is available in front of the apartments for a fee.
Pool:
The pool is open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Only hotel guests are allowed to use the pool. Swimwear is mandatory when using the pool. Children under 6 years old can use the pool only under parental supervision. It is strictly forbidden to use the pool under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other intoxicating substances! Eating and drinking are prohibited in the pool area. Bringing glass, sharp objects, or garden furniture into the pool area is forbidden. The pool area is wet and slippery, requiring increased attention. The wellness area is not supervised by a lifeguard, so it is used at your own risk. The operator of the apartment house reserves the right to restrict or prohibit pool use at its discretion, especially if there is a threat to the physical safety of guests.
Other Rules:
Bringing hazardous or harmful materials is strictly prohibited! Guests under the influence of drugs or heavy alcohol consumption are not allowed in the apartments and will not be provided accommodation. Provocative, violent behavior that disturbs other guests is not tolerated in the apartment area. In such cases, accommodation will be denied, and relevant authorities will be notified. The accommodation dissociates itself from religious, ethnic, and other discrimination. According to the Accommodation Rules and the local noise ordinance, it is forbidden to make noise or play loud music after 10:00 PM. Please consider this when using the television as well! Visitor registration is mandatory. Guests are subject to a surcharge for any unregistered visitors staying after 11:00 PM. The General Terms and Conditions are an inseparable part of the booking. By occupying the accommodation, the guest accepts the House Rules.
Data Protection:
In accordance with applicable legal regulations (Act LXIII of 1992), you acknowledge and expressly consent to the processing of your personal data provided on the registration form or communicated to our company using electronic data processing systems. You also agree that the data recorded as mentioned above may be used indefinitely to inform you about the hotel’s news and other services electronically or through traditional information channels. Personal data is treated confidentially and stored only for the legally specified data retention period.
Liability for Damages:
By signing the registration form, the guest authorizes the accommodation to charge their credit card for any unpaid services and damages or losses caused. Guests are advised that damages to room equipment, furnishings, and the apartment area will be charged based on the extent of the damage. The accommodation reserves the right to refuse accommodation to the person causing the damage.
Instructions for Use:
For the convenience of our guests, we provide separate instructions for using certain equipment. We inform you that the accommodation cannot be held responsible for accidents or damages resulting from improper use or deviation from the instructions. Guests may be held liable for damages incurred.
Safety and Personal Protection
Fire Protection:
Our accommodation is equipped with fire alarm systems. Guests must
immediately report any fire, emergency, or accident by calling the emergency number 112 and notifying the accommodation operator using the provided contact information.
CCTV:
The apartment house area is equipped with outdoor cameras to prevent material damage and personal injury. Recordings are stored in accordance with applicable legal regulations.
Medications:
Please note that we do not sell medications. Our colleagues are happy to provide directions to the nearest pharmacy.
Lost Property:
Found items (that are not harmful to health) will be stored. The recipient must cover the costs related to handling and mailing lost property. We do not accept responsibility for damage occurring during delivery.
Smoking:
Our apartment is non-smoking. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas. Smoking in rooms activates the smoke detector.
